The Margo F. Souza Student Leadership Center develops students’ leadership skills, knowledge, and capacity, empowering students to thrive as life-long learners and leaders.
Our Purpose
We carry out our mission with equity and inclusion in mind. Our programs encourage students to bring every part of their intersecting identities to the table. Diversity in thought and experience leads to more effective leadership and stronger communities.

What We Believe
We believe great leaders consider equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything they do. We understand that inequities exist in leadership systems and strive to develop leaders who are resilient and dedicated to addressing disparities in every space they engage.
