Grind & Shine: Wellness & Reflection

Join us on Wednesday, December 11th in the Commuter Lounge (Sentinel Rock 145) for a creative journey of self-love and positivity as we join together to create the “Positivity Wall”—a space to write uplifting messages, affirmations, and good vibes.

There will be music, hot cocoa, and much positive reflection as we near the end of the Fall semester!
