Community Partner Impact Award
The Community Partner Impact Award recognizes an inspiring and thoughtful community partner who has collaborated with UC Merced during the past year to bridge campus and community in addressing community-identified challenges. Through the dedicated leadership of this partner, meaningful action has been taken in an empathetic, resourceful, and reciprocal manner to create positive change.
This award celebrates partnerships that prioritize mutual benefit, innovation, and student engagement, resulting in lasting impacts for underserved populations throughout Merced County while supporting student success and experiential learning opportunities.
Criteria to Consider
- The partnership with the nominated community partner has produced a long-lasting positive impact for underserved populations in Merced County.
- The partnership has utilized innovative approaches to address community-identified challenges.
- The partnership supports student success and experiential learning.
