Yosemite Education Center at UC Merced
Interested in visiting Yosemite National Park but don’t know where to start? Stop by the Yosemite Education Center and speak with one of our knowledgeable student rangers. Whether you are looking for the best hiking trails, want to learn more about Yosemite’s many plants and animals, or want more information on using the YARTS- Yosemite’s public transit system, our rangers are more than happy to help you plan your trip. We hope to see you exploring Yosemite soon! The Yosemite Education Center is and located in the Student Activities and Athletics Center (SAAC) on Muir Pass Road.
Yosemite Education Center Hours for Spring 2026:
Mondays 9:00am- 1:00pm
Tuesdays 11:00am-5:30pm
Fridays 10:00am-4:00pm
