In this first cohort, students were excited to learn about exploring their leadership identities, different leadership styles and strengths, the social change model, and resilience. The third seminar featured special guest Dr. Emily Langdon, PhD and her team to further explore the social change model of leadership through interactive activities. The series concluded with a brief reflective assesment that allowed students access to a letter of recommendation and a certificate for completing the Bobcat Leadership Seminar.
