The Souza Leadership Center Interactive Workshops: The Margo F. Souza Leadership Center will offer fun and interactive virtual workshops that will address the specific needs of our students at this time. All workshops are open to students of every class standing and all majors, as well as graduate students.
Tuesday May 5 3:30p – 4:15p
Hosted by the Margo F. Souza Student Leadership Center
In this interactive workshop, we will help you identify your leadership style. Then you will learn how to talk to your group, your teammates or potential employers about your leadership skills. Audio required. Video not required.

Uncertainty can be a positive thing! We’ll learn strategies to improve our leadership skills, and learn to practice self-care during uncertain times. Everyone has strengths that will help you lead through uncertainty. Learn yours. In this interactive workshop, we’ll review strategies for finding our confidence to become a strong leader and pursue our own unique journeys. You’ll have the opportunity to identify the 2-3 leadership skills you want to work to improve to become a strong leader. Audio required. Video not required.
