Your proposal should address at least one of the following categories. For a powerful presentation, we encourage you to focus on just one of the categories below.
1. Lessons Learned - What leadership lessons have you learned as a student leader this past year? What lessons can we take with us into the Fall 2021 semester?
2. Unpausing - How can student leaders help their peers adjust and continue their leadership development this next academic year (2021-22). What strategies are you going to use to lead your fellow Bobcats into a smooth transition back to campus?
3. Self-Discovery & Self-Advocacy - How can student leaders continue their journey of Self-Discovery and/or Self-Advocacy? Do you have a story you want to share, or strategies you’ve used for self-discovery and advocating for yourself as a leader
4. Power in Choice: Making Decisions for Yourself: We all need to make tough decisions as leaders. Do you have a story regarding any tough choices you have had to make as a leader? Or do you have strategies you use to make decisions about your leadership journey, while staying true to yourself?
