Summer 2020 Programming Registration now Open!

THRIVE: Leadership Development Program | Summer 2020

The Souza Center is pleased to announce THRIVE, a  4-session leadership development program being offered this summer to help our students, not just survive, but thrive as leaders and as individuals. We will focus on confidence-building, resilience, authenticity, owning our stories, and believing in ourselves as leaders! The sessions will be facilitated by Jess Evora and Jacob Croasdale of the Margo F. Souza Student Leadership Center. 

4 Workshops 

Thursdays, 2:30pm - 3:30pm, June 25, July 2, 9, 16th 

Workshop 1: Overview of Confidence & Resilience in Leadership 

Workshop 2: Confidence: Strategies to increase your baseline, how to help others increase theirs

Workshop 3: Authenticity: Owning Your Story. Empowering others to share theirs 

Workshop 4: Resilient Leadership Redefined & Action Plan

All participants will receive a certificate of completion.
